GENERAL
Is all of your hemp organically grown?
Yes, we only partner with farms that use organic farming and curing practices.
Is this legal?
Yes, all of the hemp that we offer is federally legal as it conforms to the rules and regulations of the 2018 Farm Bill. It is also legal for us to ship our products across state lines, even to states that do not allow for hemp to be grown there.
Will consuming your products make me feel “high”?
Most people will not feel a psychoactive effect (the feeling of being "high"), but everybody is different so if it’s your first time trying CBD-rich hemp flower, please make sure to do so in a safe and comfortable place.
Will I pass a drug test after consuming your products?
All of our hemp flower and the hemp in our pre-rolls include very small amounts of THC. While these amounts are quite small there is still the possibility that it will show up on a drug test.
What is the difference between full-spectrum, broad-spectrum, and other types of products?
Here at Friend Leaf we believe that hemp is best when it’s pure and unprocessed. The hemp plant naturally contains many healthy and beneficial cannabinoids that when consumed together, create what is called an “entourage effect”, which offers the greatest health benefits from the plant.
Where is your hemp grown?
What is the most bioavailable way to take CBD? Wait, what is bioavailability?
Bioavailability is defined as the degree and the rate at which a substance (in this case the key cannabinoids in hemp) are absorbed into a living system’s bloodstream. By definition, when a medication or supplement is administered intravenously, its bioavailability is 100%. However, when a medication is administered via other routes (such as orally), its bioavailability generally decreases due to incomplete absorption. In the world of hemp products, this is really important and a principle that guides the type of products we offer here at Friend Leaf.

Our shipping packaging is made out of 100% recycled materials, and is 100% recyclable or compostable.

All of the product packaging materials are highly recyclable, everything arrives to you in a glass container with an aluminum lid.

All of our farm partners use organic and regenerative farming practices. None of our flower has ever come into contact with pesticides, heavy metals, and other contaminants.

We track all of our energy expenditure from shipping out our products to our manufacturing process in order to be offset our footprint and be a carbon neutral company.

We make sure to recycle and compost all of our refuse and hemp trimmings.

We donate 1% of our revenue to our favorite planet-friendly nonprofits as members of 1% for the Planet.

We pride ourselves on performing some of the most extensive testing in the industry.

How can I track my order?
Once you’ve placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation with all of your orders information. Once your order is on the way, a follow-up email with your USPS tracking link will be included.
How long will it take for my package to arrive?
USPS has announced that due to the COVID-19 pandemic customers can expect slight delays on shipping times. We do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible by making sure to get your packages to USPS within 48 hours of your order.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and UnionPay payment methods.
What if my package is damaged or missing?
If something happens to your package, email us at hello@friendleaf.co with your order number and we’ll take care of it.
When will my credit card be charged?
When you place your order, we'll charge your payment method immediately.
How much is shipping?

What is your return policy?
Returns
At Friend Leaf we want our customers to be healthy and happy.
To help ensure that we offer a full refund for items that are unopened and in salable condition. You have 30 days from the date you receive your shipment to return your items.
To make a return you can reach out to us at hello@friendleaf.co. Please make sure to include your order number and the reason why you’d like to return your item(s) in your email.
Once your request is approved, you will be responsible for sending your return back to us.
Refunds
After your return has been processed, you will be refunded the full amount of the items returned. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it can take 5-10 business days to post the refund to your account.
Final sale
Items marked final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
Do you ship outside of the United States?
Currently we do not, though we look forward to being able to ship our products to Canada in the future.
Where do you ship to?
We ship throughout the United States in compliance with U.S. federal law. However, we encourage all of our customers to familiarize themselves with their own state and county laws before purchasing from our site.
Is your packaging discreet or smell proof?
Yes! We use totally discreet and unbranded 100% recyclable packaging for all of our shipments. We also use smell-proof glass containers for all of our products. You can be sure that your Friend Leaf order will arrive to you safely and privately. Your discretion is one of our top priorties.
